We believe in meeting our clients in person when possible, at either one of our areas in Boone, Lenoir and Hickory, North Carolina or at an alternate public location, if necessary. We hold Annual Notice of Change (ANOC) meetings for our current Medicare clients to inform them of the changes that will take place to their Medicare plans for the coming year.
